Error Time: Sat Jul 4 03:47:11 2009 Perl Error: Submitted by: 38.103.63.59
2008-10-07: this online bug report system is no longer monitored. There is nobody at the wheel. Do the best you can on your own. It has been 5 years since the FDSC scripts were last updated. There are no known bugs in the scripts. If you are still seeing Perl errors on your site, then the problem is most likely an error arising from incorrect installation or customization.
This online exception-handler-catcher was originally created in the late 90s to learn about Perl internal problems in the FDSC scripts, especially rare hard-to-test-for problems that arose on different web hosts and different versions of Perl. This online exception-handler-catcher was very useful in detecting and fixing problems back when the FDSC scripts were under active development and back when people regularly used Perl and back when Perl itself was going through changes. Now it has been five years since the scripts were updated and Perl is no longer being aggressively developed. The only exceptions being caught here were essentially user error. Therefore the detector has been shut down.
I will investigate this error as soon as possible.
I am very committed to product quality and appreciate your help in identifying problems.
If you are an end user, thank you for your help.
The following sections apply only to the administrators who installed the CGI script originally.

Error reports from the field are extremely valuable. Sometimes, though, the brief report given above is not sufficient to isolate the problem.
If the problem is specific to your operating system, web server software, Perl version, script data, etc., then I may need to enter your environment to isolate the problem, fix it, and verify the fix.
If you are willing to work together on a fix, or would just like a response, please let me know how to contact you.
