In the early years of the Internet, there were great, high-quality free web hosts that supported Perl CGI. Those days are over. Most of the good free web hosts have gone out of business or switched to paid business models.
From time to time, free hosting businesses are created and people ask us to link to them, but they invariably go out of business, bog down, or switch to paid hosting within a few months.
